Confirm your rental plan
You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining your selected solution, rental term and costs. Agreements are available from 24 to 60 months, with invoices issued annually.

Delivery and setup
Once your agreement is in place, we arrange delivery and help you get your system ready to perform. Professional installation and ongoing maintenance can also be arranged if required.

Our commercial rental service is available to businesses, including hotels, offices, retail stores, showrooms, gyms, spas, restaurants and event venues. Our team will assess your space and recommend a suitable scenting solution.
Your rental package includes your selected scent machine, fragrance oil and cleaning solution. For an additional fee, you can also add ongoing technical support, routine maintenance and warranty cover throughout the rental period. The exact inclusions, fragrance allowance, maintenance schedule and service terms will be clearly outlined in your quotation and rental agreement.
Our rental agreements are available for periods ranging from 12, 24, or 36 months, with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Rental agreements are invoiced annually. Full payment terms, renewal dates and any additional charges will be confirmed in your rental agreement.
Standard setup support is available. Professional installation by one of our qualified engineers can also be arranged for an additional charge. Installation requirements and costs depend on the machine, location and complexity of the site.
Maintenance services are available for an additional charge and can be scheduled monthly or quarterly. Services may include fragrance replenishment, machine cleaning and general performance checks. Your selected service level will be confirmed before the agreement begins.
Yes. Our team will help you select a fragrance that complements your brand and environment. Fragrance changes may be available during the rental term, subject to the conditions and allowances included in your agreement.
Please contact EcoScent if you experience any issues with your machine. Our team will provide troubleshooting support and arrange servicing or replacement where appropriate, in accordance with your rental agreement.
It may be possible to upgrade or change your machine if your space or scenting requirements change. Any changes are subject to assessment, availability and the terms of your agreement.
Early termination is subject to the conditions outlined in your rental agreement and may incur additional charges. We recommend reviewing the full terms before signing.
Our team considers the size and layout of your space, airflow, ceiling height, customer traffic and preferred scent intensity. For larger or more complex locations, we may recommend a site survey before confirming the equipment.
The scent machine remains the property of EcoScent throughout the rental term. It must be used and maintained in accordance with the rental agreement.
Before the agreement ends, our team will discuss the available options with you. These may include renewing the rental, changing the equipment or arranging the return of the machine, subject to the applicable agreement terms.
