Sustainability is a core consideration in how we design, package, and deliver our products. As part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary plastic, all EcoScent fragrances are supplied in glass bottles. Glass is durable, reusable, and recyclable, making it a more responsible long-term packaging choice while also protecting fragrance quality.
Our orders are shipped using cardboard packaging, and we deliver to customers both in the UK and internationally. As we grow, we continue to review our shipping materials and logistics to minimise waste wherever possible and ensure our products are delivered efficiently and responsibly.
We understand that sustainability is not a fixed destination but an ongoing process. Each improvement, no matter the size, contributes to lowering our overall environmental impact. We remain committed to reviewing our practices, making informed decisions, and improving how we operate over time, with transparency and accountability at the centre of our approach.
