Extended Warranty Policy

Introduction:
We are pleased to offer an extended warranty for your product to provide added peace of mind and protect your investment beyond the standard 12-month warranty period. Our extended warranty offers coverage for 1, 2, 3, or 4 additional years, depending on your preference, ensuring continued support for your unit.

Warranty Extension Premiums:
The cost of extending your warranty is based on the Retail Recommended Price (RRP) of the unit and varies depending on the number of additional years you wish to extend. The premiums for the extended warranty are outlined as follows:

  1. 1 or 2-Year Extensions:
    For warranty extensions of 1 or 2 years, the premium is 15% of the unit's RRP for each year extended.

  2. 3 or 4-Year Extensions:
    For warranty extensions of 3 or 4 years, the premium is 10% of the unit's RRP for each year extended.

Coverage:
The extended warranty will cover the same conditions as the original warranty, offering repair or replacement for any manufacturing defects or failures under normal use.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the purchase.

  • A 12-month warranty is offered as standard, and warranty extensions are available for a maximum of 4 additional years from the original purchase date.

  • The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear.

  • Premiums are calculated based on the unit’s RRP at the time of purchase and are subject to change based on any price adjustments.
