Aspire partnered with EcoScent to create a signature scent that enhances its premium yet welcoming lounge experience and leaves a lasting first impression. The brief was to develop a fragrance that feels fresh and uplifting, while also calm and comforting within a busy airport environment. It needed to energise travellers without overwhelming the space. Through a collaborative process of sampling, feedback, and live lounge trials, a bergamot tea and mandarin profile was selected for its subtle impact and broad appeal. The scent was deployed using discreet mini diffusion systems across lounge entrances, ensuring a consistent presence with a smooth and efficient rollout across locations. Feedback has been very positive. Guests describe the lounges as fresher and more relaxing, while stakeholders value the added layer of brand differentiation. The project highlights how scent can shape perception and elevate the overall guest experience.
