EcoScent E-Gift Card – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing an EcoScent E-Gift Card. Please read these terms before purchase and use.

Where it can be used:
E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made on the EcoScent website. -
What it can be used for:
E-Gift Cards can be used to purchase EcoScent scent machines, fragrances, room sprays, and scent sample boxes. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to buy other gift cards. -
Partial use & balance:
If your total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card. It stays there until you use it all or it expires. -
Exceeding the card value:
If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using a valid payment method at checkout. -
Redemption instructions:
To redeem your E-Gift Card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout on the EcoScent website. -
Expiry:
E-Gift Cards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be included in the email confirmation. -
Lost or stolen cards:
EcoScent is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. -
Promotions & offers:
E-Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated. -
Changes to terms:
EcoScent reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms. -
Legal & consumer rights:
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Bespoke and custom orders may take longer. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched, where available.
Online consumer orders generally have a 14-day cancellation window from delivery, subject to exceptions. Different terms apply to business orders, personalised products and certain opened fragrance oils. Return postage is normally your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Our Fragrance Standards
At EcoScent, fragrance quality, safety and responsible manufacturing are at the heart of everything we do.Our fragrances are developed in accordance with applicable International Fragrance Association (IFRA) Standards and relevant UK safety and labelling requirements. Each formulation is subject to a comprehensive safety review, supported by relevant documentation including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), IFRA Certificates of Conformity, allergen information and CLP classification and labelling details. Our fragrances are designed for use in residential and commercial environments when used as directed. We recognise that individual sensitivities can vary, including among children and pets, and recommend following the relevant product guidance to ensure appropriate use. As with all concentrated fragrance oils, products should be stored and handled responsibly and disposed of in accordance with the relevant safety instructions to protect the environment.
