EcoScent E-Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing an EcoScent E-Gift Card. Please read these terms before purchase and use.

  1. Where it can be used:
    E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made on the EcoScent website.

  2. What it can be used for:
    E-Gift Cards can be used to purchase EcoScent scent machines, fragrances, room sprays, and scent sample boxes. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to buy other gift cards.

  3. Partial use & balance:
    If your purchase total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain on the card until it is fully used or expires.

  4. Exceeding the card value:
    If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using a valid payment method at checkout.

  5. Redemption instructions:
    To redeem your E-Gift Card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout on the EcoScent website.

  6. Expiry:
    E-Gift Cards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be included in the email confirmation.

  7. Lost or stolen cards:
    EcoScent is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. 

  8. Promotions & offers:
    E-Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  9. Changes to terms:
    EcoScent reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  10. Legal & consumer rights:
    These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days from the receipt of your order. Many orders are actually dispatched the next day! Please take into account the following special cases that may incur a longer wait for your goods:

- If we are designing a bespoke fragrance aroma. We will keep you updated and let you know how long it is likely to take, as each project can be slightly different.

- Occasionally, we may have to wait for special ingredients to become available to complete your order. In this case, we will notify you and send your order in two dispatches if required.

- If you require your goods by a certain date/time, please telephone or email us in advance of your order to tell us of any special requirements.

- In the unlikely event of your order being delayed for any reason, we will do our best to contact you with an expected delivery time & explanation.

UK DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment. Of course, we do our best to make this sooner where possible. All orders are delivered by courier, delivering Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. Saturday delivery and Pre 10:30am or pre-midday weekday delivery is available at an extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We deliver Worldwide, the delivery timescale is between 2-7 days. Delivery times can vary from country to country. If you need your goods on a set date, please email prior to placing an order to see if this is possible. EcoScent or our couriers have no control over local Customs, who are a Government Body and can stop any shipment from entering or exiting your country. EcoScent is not responsible for any customs charges, VAT or related import fees.
