Ahead of the 2026 Hotel Magazine Awards, EcoScent partnered with The Hotel Magazine again to enhance the overall guest experience through scent. As a long-standing partner, it is an opportunity to support an event that celebrates excellence, innovation, and dedication across an industry where we are already working with many clients, helping them day to day to deliver their highest standards.
A few weeks before the event, our team visited the InterContinental London Park Lane to understand the size of the venue and agree on the scent. We presented seven different scents to The Hotel Magazine team, and they picked one of our favourite scents for the event, White Tea & Thyme.
This exceptional fragrance is a very prestigious combination that settles calmly in the background without overpowering, a perfect choice for an awards night.
We identified the perfect scenting solution that we needed, five of our Titania machines strategically placed around the venue, one Barrell in each bathroom, and our Scented Screen.
Bringing our Scented Screen was a special request from the organiser, as it not only provided exceptional scent but also allowed them to display high-quality welcome message visuals.
As we also attended the night, we could monitor people’s behaviour and gather genuine feedback. The scent was a perfect pick for the event, everyone loved it. The Scented Digital Screen also delivered a subtle scent throughout the evening while showcasing high-quality visuals.
The most common feedback we received was that the scent helped set the tone for the evening, reinforcing the importance of guest experience while creating a lasting impression that aligns with the standards of the hospitality industry.
