Keanis is a modern fine jewellery brand specialising in lab-grown diamonds and colourful lab-grown gemstones. Its by-appointment showroom in Belgravia, London, offers clients a personal setting in which to explore its collections. In September 2026, Keanis partnered with EcoScent to introduce fragrance into the approximately 500 sq. ft. showroom, adding a welcoming sensory detail to complement the jewellery and the surrounding space.
The Challenge
Keanis wanted its showroom to feel warm, refined and welcoming from the moment clients arrived for their appointments. Fragrance offered an opportunity to make the space more inviting and enhance the experience of exploring its jewellery collections. The solution needed to suit an intimate showroom, carrying throughout the space while remaining in keeping with the brand’s sophisticated character.
The Solution
EcoScent guided Keanis from enquiry to ordering, with Shelomi supporting the team throughout. After exploring 12 fragrance samples, they chose Bamboo for its clean, luxurious and sophisticated character. An EcoScent Bluetooth Barrel Wireless scent system was positioned discreetly in a showroom corner near the showcases. Its wireless design requires no nearby power socket, while Bluetooth control allows settings to be adjusted by phone without accessing the machine, keeping fragrance management simple so the team can focus on clients and their appointment experience.
