At the start of 2026, OIT Clinic partnered with EcoScent to enhance its new state-of-the-art allergy centre in the Harley Street medical area. With a strong focus on patient-centred care and the highest safety standards, the clinic wanted to elevate its environment and create a positive first impression through a subtle, premium scent. EcoScent worked closely with the team to understand the layout and specific requirements, recommending the most suitable scent machines and optimal placement to achieve consistent and balanced coverage throughout the space. The result is a fresh, clean-smelling environment that reflects the clinic’s premium positioning, while remaining fully compliant with UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines. The scent enhances the overall patient experience, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment patients arrive.
