EcoScent is returning to HIX 2026, bringing fragrance into the heart of one of the UK’s leading hotel design events.
As specialists in Scent Marketing for hotels and hospitality spaces, we work with brands to create signature scent experiences that complement their interiors, strengthen their identity and add another dimension to the guest experience.
At HIX 2026, visitors will be able to experience this first-hand. EcoScent will be scenting the event space, demonstrating how fragrance can work alongside architecture, interior design, lighting, sound and other sensory elements to shape how a hospitality environment feels and is remembered.
But experiencing the fragrance is only part of what we have planned. Visitors can discover the story behind the HIX 2026 scent, meet the EcoScent team and take part in our interactive Guess the Scent workshops to find out just how good their nose really is.

Think you know your fragrances? Put your senses to the test with EcoScent’s Guess the Scent workshops at HIX 2026.
Explore a selection of fragrances, uncover the notes within them and see how many you can correctly identify. Trust your instincts, challenge your colleagues and compete for the chance to win a prize.
The experience offers a playful introduction to the world of Scent Marketing while demonstrating how individual fragrance notes can influence the character, atmosphere and perception of a hospitality space.
